Mr. Armando Encarnacion Jr. AKA Jay is the Business Development Manager for Globe Telecom’s Digital Media New Product Development for Globe Labs. He’s main role focuses on exploring mutually beneficial partnerships and look for possible synergies with potential partners/clients who can greatly benefit from leveraging on telco capabilities and other digital services offered by Globe Telecom.

Jay has wealth of experience spans over a decade working with in local telecommunications industry, BPO sector, and software development community. He and Globe Labs aims to solved and bridge connectivity gaps between businesses and their consumers utilizing telco capabilities as a medium. He continues to explore areas where Globe Labs can create more value with innovative solutions using the latest technologies Globe Telecoms can offer.
