As strong advocates of accountability, transparency and integrity in all aspects of the business, the Board of Directors (“Board”), management, officers, and employees of Globe commit themselves to the principles and best practices of governance in the attainment of its corporate goals. The basic mechanisms for corporate governance are principally contained in the Company’s Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. These documents lay down, among others, the basic structure of governance, minimum qualifications of directors, and the principal duties of the Board and officers of the Company.

It is the policy of the Company for the Board of Directors to regularly review the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values as well as its corporate strategy to ensure alignment and goal congruency with all its stakeholders.
